My practice is located within steps of the Gale-Shenone Hall of Justice in Pleasanton, CA. This gives me easy access to the court house attorneys, clerks, and records. I find myself in court almost every day.
I mainly represent clients located in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. However, in some instances, I accept clients outside these areas. The practice consists of two parts: Criminal Defense, and Wills and Trusts. The common theme is a passion to advocate for the interests of my clients, be it in open court in front of a jury, or by helping them plan for their family’s future.
I am committed to providing the best possible representation to my clients. Communication is the key idea. I lay out the possibilities: 1) The Best Case Scenario, 2) The Worst Case Scenario, and 3) What I think is likely to happen. We discuss the strategy, and the possible outcomes, and then together we reach a decision. I then go out and do my best to make it happen for you.
I am a member of the Alameda County Court Appointed Attorneys Panel, and the Alameda County Lawyer Referral Service Panel. I also hold seminars throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties educating the public with respect to Wills and Trusts.
